By engaging 360Solution Group (“we,” “our,” or “us”) for bookkeeping and related financial services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

We provide professional bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping services, which may include:

• General ledger maintenance
   
• Accounts payable/receivable tracking
   
• Payroll support and reconciliation
   
• Tax preparation and compliance assistance
   
• Financial reporting and advisory
   

The specific scope of services will be outlined in your engagement letter or service agreement.

To ensure accuracy and compliance, you agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate records, documents, and information in a timely manner
   
• Retain ultimate responsibility for financial decisions and compliance with applicable laws
   
• Review financial reports and notify us promptly of any errors or discrepancies
   
• Maintain appropriate business and financial documentation
   

We are not liable for errors or penalties resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by the client.

• Fees for services will be disclosed before work begins.
   
• Payment terms will be stated in your invoice or engagement letter.
   
• Late payments may result in service suspension or late fees.
   
• Deposits or retainers, if applicable, are non-refundable.
   

We maintain strict confidentiality of your information and protect your data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. Information will not be shared without your consent except as required by law or to fulfill services through authorized third-party providers.

While we use reasonable care and professional standards in performing services, we cannot guarantee specific business or financial outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
   
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
   

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• All fees for work performed up to the termination date remain due.
   
• Completed work will be delivered, and client records will be returned or securely disposed of as appropriate.
   

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of these Terms, or misuse of our services.

We may retain copies of records related to services provided for up to seven (7) years or as required by law. Original records remain the property and responsibility of the client.

Any templates, tools, systems, or methodologies developed by 360Solution Group remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a limited license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes only.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Polk County, Florida.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or communicated in writing. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
